Free Returns and Exchanges
As long as a garment has not been washed or worn, we are happy to process an exchange or refund for you within 60 days of purchase. Please note briefs and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
To request a prepaid shipping label for a return or exchange, please complete our returns and exchanges form HERE.
Note: Free returns and exchanges are for U.S. orders only. If you are shipping from an international address you will still complete the form but will need to use your own label.
If you need to ship your exchange to a different address than the original order please contact us to arrange this.
At this time, we can only process exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you request an exchange for an item of higher value, we will process a refund for the returned item. Please note that discounts only apply to even exchanges (for color or size) and will not apply to exchanges for different product styles.
Typical processing time is about 7 to 10 business days once the item(s) are received. Exchanges will ship back through our standard 3-7 day shipping.
Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For you early shoppers - we're extending our return policy so that anything purchased in October or November can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition until Jan 31, 2019.
Last minute shoppers - don't worry, anything purchased in December will follow our normal return policy and can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition up to 60 days after the purchase date.

Please be aware that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. We are happy to honor price adjustments on full-price merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
