Use this jacket on the jobsite and it is actually rain proof. Slimmer cut but fits great for me.

Haven't had a chance to put the waterproofing to a real test yet but just wanted to comment on the fit in case there are any other super tall people looking at this jacket. I wouldn't be mad if the sleeves were an inch longer, but as is they are just fine (I normally like a 37.5" sleeve). It would also be nice if there were pit zips and maybe an interior chest pocket. I also would prefer a hood synch mechanism that doesn't fall directly in the middle of the back of your head, it gets in the way if you're laying your head against something while you have the hood on, but that seems to be common as another of my jackets from a different mfr has the same problem.
