Episode 1: Speckled Trout Outfitters

The Speckled Trout started out as a restaurant slinging fly gear. Today, it’s a fully fledged outfitter and restaurant, both under the Speckled Trout name, sitting side by side as sister businesses serving anglers and outdoors people from all over. Based in the heart of the high country, they offer hiking and fly fishing experiences, along with a bottle shop and tasty local eats to close out a day well spent.
