In the Fall of 2016, when we first started line planning for Spring '18, the product we knew that we wanted to develop was a men's 'water short'. The goal was to take some of the best practices from our top-selling Men's Breeze Short and layer in some additional technical details/features to create the ultimate short in and around the water.
It only took 8,300 miles worth of flights to our high-tech fabric mill and countless rounds of sampling (many rounds being tested by our most active brand ambassadors), to land on our finished product, a product that turned out even better than we expected.
In our most-recent Spring'18 line, we released our Men's Hydro Short, and these are just some of the reasons why this our new beach + boat go-to short:
1. Bamboo-charcoal fabric blend that gives you the next to skin softness, a quick drying ability, and anti-microbial benefits.
2. Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment to help shed water throughout your day.
3. Elastic waistband and drawstring to allow for the perfect fit and comfort.
4. Zipper pocket to secure valuables whether you're in or out of the water.
We don't know about you, but our weekend's on Sullivan's Island just got upgraded in style and in performance. (Even though today, many of our in-and-out water activities are chasing around our little kids!)
