Anticipating a long day of travel, our crew rallied well before sunrise to paddle out for one final session. After bouncing down the bumpy dirt roads, we rushed to wax up the boards solely by the light from the ATVs and one small, dim headlamp. We walked through the trees separating our parking spot from the beach and were rewarded with an epic sunrise, empty lineup, and fun clean waves.
