The Bamboo-Lined Active Breeze Short features a wide-knit waistband for added, stay-put support, while sewn-down pockets keep your phone and keys from bouncing around when you’re striding, lunging, or jumping. These shorts are now my go to. I am afraid I will wear them out too fast due to how often I wear them. They are so comfortable and great in the water. They can be active wear, fishing wear, swim wear, and casual wear.

Great comfort and fabrics! They are great for going to the gym, lifting weights, even cardio, but not great for running. Just very heavy compared to regular running shorts. BTW, I purchased another pair, and I would buy them again,
