The Bamboo-Lined Active Breeze Short features a wide-knit waistband for added, stay-put support, while sewn-down pockets keep your phone and keys from bouncing around when you’re striding, lunging, or jumping. Great comfort and fabrics! They are great for going to the gym, lifting weights, even cardio, but not great for running. Just very heavy compared to regular running shorts. BTW, I purchased another pair, and I would buy them again,
