I have high risk of skin cancer and I'm a soccer referee. I can be outside for hours wearing this long sleeve as an under shirt, don't get hot, and my body or skin doesn't feel tired from the sun's uv (plus sunscreen on my face/neck). 100% polyester is not good for me in heat because I over heat, but this shirt, literally, keeps me cool!!
