I put the FreeFly Breeze Pants through a true field test on a three-day backpacking trip. I hiked in them all day, fly fished in them, and even slept in them every night. They were comfortable in every situation. The fabric breathed well during the heat of the day, but still provided enough protection to keep my legs from getting scraped up by brush along the trail and river.
One thing that really impressed me was how easy they were to clean. After a few days of hiking and fishing, I gave them a quick rinse in the river. Within minutes they looked like they had just come out of the washing machine—clean, fresh, and ready to wear again.
