Haven't had a chance to put the waterproofing to a real test yet but just wanted to comment on the fit in case there are any other super tall people looking at this jacket. I wouldn't be mad if the sleeves were an inch longer, but as is they are just fine (I normally like a 37.5" sleeve). It would also be nice if there were pit zips and maybe an interior chest pocket. I also would prefer a hood synch mechanism that doesn't fall directly in the middle of the back of your head, it gets in the way if you're laying your head against something while you have the hood on, but that seems to be common as another of my jackets from a different mfr has the same problem.

The Cloudshield Rain Jacket is an awesome jacket. It is built with great quality throughout, and the overall feel is very nice. It will definitely be one of my favorites on many days even without rain.
Only improvement I'd recommend would be to add additional exterior or interior chest pocket(s) for things like earbuds, keys, etc.

One of the best fitting rain jackets I’ve ever worn. The cut is great, it stretches and feels amazing. Color is great as well. Can’t say more about how great this jacket looks and fits. Unfortunately, quite possibly the worst rain outer I’ve ever used. Impressive how little water this thing repels. I’ve used twr jackets for years and have always been disappointed. I was excited to try a real waterproof membrane based jacket. Wore this jacket in light rain for 2.5 hours and was completely soaking wet. Left it hanging for a day and it was still wet.
I would buy this jacket in a heartbeat for the fit and look. But unfortunately can’t recommend for rain.
