I’m a size large in pants-waste and length. These size larges fit similar to tights or leggings, or slim fit joggers.
Had to upsize to an XL to have some space, but the waste is a bit too big, have to cinch the draw string down. While the Large would work great as running tights. Super nice material.
Recommend regular fit sizing for pants and joggers. Not sure I’d be comfortable running errands or going on a hike with friends or playing baseball in yoga pants.
