A good basic I will likely use to sleep in with it being light weight & cooling. Not as fantastically soft as some other items, but still very comfy, and runs a tad large. I'm 5'3" 145lbs 34C and I got a medium, which sits kinda baggy. If you want a more fitted look size down one.
