When ordering this pant I choose size 8, which turned out too big. Because the waist band was described as fixed that means no stretch. I was concerned that if I ordered a 6 which seemed closer to my size that having a fixed waist band would make the pant too rigid without any give. unfortunately I was wrong bc the 8 was too big as stated earlier. This pant is pricey and normally I would wait for a sale, however it could be a year and a half before that happens and I had a need for it sooner, to give credit to Free Fly I did receive 15% off & free shipping, but with tax it was still just over one hundred. I really liked the color, back pockets & length, what I did not like was the "Made in China Responsibily" label. I have asked companies in reviews to please state where the item is manufactured, if they have space to say its imported than it should not take that much space to state where its imported from. When other reviewers are doing their rating, if they could take a few minutes and check that label and let others know that have not purchased the item where its made, that would be a tremendous help. That is why I included that in this review.

Great everyday pants. I find the cut very flattering and streamline. Thick material with some stretch so that you can still move freely. I feel like they are a little large in size. I’m 5’7” and 130lbs and normally wear a 4 but needed to size down to a 2 (the 0 also felt perfectly fine but did pinch a little at the hip bones).
