I ordered the large based on the size guide, which should have given me ample room, but it's very tight, a good 2 inches smaller than the guide shows. It was a final sale so I can't exchange for a size larger. I knew the risk, just wanting to warn others.

Took a chance with this dress when it was on clearance. The material is very soft and comfy but the fit is very wide and long. There are pockets that add bulk to your hips. It would look great on a taller person.
