I adore the shorts and will live in them during the summer! The pockets are wonderful and the fact that you can get them wet with no issue is also great. I ordered a small and a medium because I wanted the option of a slightly looser fit. The medium is looser, but still very comfortable even in the small. The elastic waistband makes it so the loose fit medium, isn’t falling down.

I adore the shorts. They can get wet with no issue. It has a zippered pocket as well as three other pockets. The waistband while it’s elastic, it’s soft and comfortable. I will live in the shorts for the summer. I purchased mine and a small but also bought a medium and a different color. It was good to have the option of a looser fit, but the small still fit me well.

I feel like this will hold up well in the surf and for everyday use for walks and running errands in, and trips to MX & HI. Also I am 145lbs so these are forgiving in waistline which is what I needed. I purchased the light green, blue dusk and sangria.
