I wear practically large in all shirts but not this one. I own one elevate in large from last year, which I love the feel but it’s never fit too well, I needed another color and received it in large but returned it. It just looked sloppy. I’m 5’10, 170 w 42 inch chest. The neck was too wide and it was simply too big over my shoulders and arms. I decided to give the medium a try and it fits perfectly. Not too tight but much more of a “fit” shirt. Very happy now. Great shirt for our hot humid climate
