The pants are comfy. I have worn them casually, to work and as a lounge pant. I am 5'4" so they are cropped at my ankle.

They tightened the fabric around the calf area, and the waist is already losing elastisty after a handful of wears. The pair I bought a few years ago (and still wear) are in better shape than the ones I bought a few weeks ago.
