Love this comfy, cozy fleece! The color hovers between grey/blue which is very cool. The large pocket is great. Medium fits as expected, however sleeves very long (will have to have altered). Great item!

I am 4'10" about 150 lbs and a M/L in tops.
I sized up and I find this pullover so flattering and comfy.
It is not restrictive in any areas, and very thick and warm.
I love how it doesn't tighten with an elastic band at the bottom, it is just the sewn cuffed fleece.
I agree with the other reviewers, I would kill for this in a full zip to be able to wear in the hospital.
