My previous order #S1402111 for Men's Stretch Canvas 5 Pocket Pant - Slate, size 38/32 has been received and is not satisfactory.
The pants' waist is about a size 40-42. I ordered these pants after having previously ordered a pair of shorts size 38, expecting the size to be consistent. The pants are marked with a tag showing size 38/32.
The pants were specifically for a 42 day cruise, from which I have just recently returned home. This message for you is to state that the pants are not the right size and caused me some discomfort in wearing them while on the cruise. I also wore the shorts occasionaly while on the cruise, and they were fine.
I realize the pants were on sale and were noted as not being returnable. So, I am not asking to return them, but would be happy to do so if you require. I am asking for a refund of my purchase price, or a replacement pair of pants in the proper size.
This experience will certainly affect my future capability of ordering clothing from you, especially when you have a policy of no returns on sale merchandise.

I loved them the two times I wore them. I’m 5’10” 200 lbs, athletic build (not skinny legs). The 36x30 fit great. However, I put them in the wash, then dryer and they shrunk too much I can’t wear them. It’s on the little label inside, but I didn’t pay attention.

I bought a pair of shirts size 38 waist. OK. I bought these pants size 38-32. Waist size way too big for 38, more like 40-42. Comfortable fabric. But no return/ exchange for size on Sale. I’m not willing to pay full price for clothing that doesn’t fit properly, nor pay sale price with no refund. Don’t think I can take a chance again.

I wear a lot of canvas pants to work. I work outside and typically wear wrangler brand canvas pants which are decent quality for the money. I decided to give a pair of these a try and I am amazed at the comfort level! They are stretchy and great quality material. I will be spending a little extra from now on and buying these pants! Absolute favorite!
