We want to get you your gear quickly and without hassle.  Please use this guide to make sure the shipping method you select will get you your gear in time to gift it (or enjoy it yourself!)

Our Holiday Return and Exchange Policy

For you early shoppers - we're extending our return policy so that anything purchased in October or November can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition until Jan 31, 2019.

Last minute shoppers - don't worry, anything purchased in December will follow our normal return policy and can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition up to 60 days after the purchase date.

Please note that final sale items (bamboo boxer briefs and items in the final sale section) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Holiday FAQ

Can I Edit Or Cancel My Order?

  • We typically pack orders the same day they are purchased. If you reach us in time, we'll do our best to make an adjustment for you.
  • If your order has already been prepared to be shipped, we're unable to change or cancel it.

Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes on My Order?

  • Our website only allows one discount code per order.

Can I Include a Gift Message on My Order?

  • At this time, we're unable to include gift messages on orders. However, prices are not included on our packing slips so no worries if you're sending it directly to the recipient.
