Our Extended Return and Exchange Policy

We've extended our return and exchange policy due to Covid-19 and anything purchased during this time can be returned or exchanged in unwashed, unworn condition up to 60 days after the purchase date.

Please note that final sale items (bamboo boxer briefs, bamboo boxers, candles, socks and items in the final sale section) are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.

Can I Edit Or Cancel My Order?

  • We process orders quickly to make sure you get your gear without delay. Once an order is placed, we're unable to add or remove products or cancel the order.
  • We do offer free returns and exchanges so if you made a mistake or ordered the wrong size, you can easily exchange it for the correct item.

Can I Use Multiple Coupon Codes on My Order?

  • Our website only allows one discount code per order.

Can I Include a Gift Message on My Order?

  • At this time, we're unable to include gift messages on orders. However, prices are not included on our packing slips so no worries if you're sending it directly to the recipient.

Can I Return or Exchange a Gift?

  • We make gift returns and exchanges easy! With the order number and shipping zip code (both can be found on the packing slip), you can complete a gift return or exchange on our returns portal.
