I know this shirt is to protect you from the sun, but with our wet, chilly spring, I’m also finding it the perfect middle layer. Not too heavy, but something to cover my arms as I wait for the sun to warm the day up. The fit (medium) is perfect for me. I’m a 5’3 mom. I weigh about 140 and I prefer my outer layers to not cling too tightly to my hips. Medium was the perfect size. Body skimming with no stretching or annoying catches on my jeans or tights. My wife is 5’7, about the same weight and she was perfect in a small for the same reasons.

I like the color and feel of the shirt, however, it is very hot when worn in 80 degree temperatures with humidity. I was hoping the fabric was more breathable and cool, but not the case. More suitable for 70 temperature without humidity.
