First off I just love the color of these joggers.
I am 5’6 I used to be 5’7 age.. so I usually wear a medium and these fit perfect. No weird gap in the bodice of the pants they are the perfect length for me. The fabric is amazing .. they are so soft and comfy. If I was told, I could only wear one pair of pants the whole winter/fall season I would wear these and be very happy!!!

These pants are so soft and comfortable. If you want a roomier fit, definitely go up a size.

Love these! They are so comfortable. Fit perfectly right at the ankle and aren’t baggy around the thigh. Just what I was looking for in a jogger which was proving to be really difficult to find! Love to lounge in these and wear out for errands. Plan to buy more!

These bamboo joggers are so soft and comfortable, I never want to take them off. I have two pairs in a medium and they fit well without being tight. For reference, I'm 5'6" with an athletic build. A size small would probably give me a more tighter, slim fit but the mediums are comfortable for wearing around the house and lounging.
