Tucked away in the shadow of the Cimarrons sits the small town of Ridgway, Colorado. Famously known as the shooting location for the 1969 film True Grit along with some of the best trout fishing in the country, the area is also home to RIGS Fly Shop and Guide Service. Owned and run by a husband and wife duo, Tim and Heather Patterson, this shop has an excellent team of guides, access to incredibly diverse fisheries, and offers overnight float trips through the Gunnison Gorge and hikes through the high country.
